Interviewed for an image processing engineer position

After filling in my personal information, I went straight to the interview without a written test

The process was fairly pleasant

The interviewer provided feedback on all of the questions

The interviewer had extensive experience

Although my education and work experience were both relevant,

the interviewer said that I had no relevant experience?

The skills required for candidate selection were unclear

They may only be looking for people who can contribute immediately, with no training provided
