1. No equipment is provided, so you have to bring your own computer. They were also quite unwilling to provide even a pair of headphones when I requested them.
2. The turnover is extremely high. My supervisor resigned less than a week after I joined, and there was absolutely no one to train me. I didn't know how to do anything, yet the boss expected employees to figure out the right things to do on their own and ask questions when they didn't understand. The problem was, I didn't even know what questions to ask.
3. They expect one person in a single role to know how to do everything. I applied for a video planning position, but they also expected me to know how to conduct market analysis. I already said that I needed assistance from a marketing employee, but the boss completely failed to understand. They even said I needed to be humble!?
Please. My expertise is making videos, not marketing. You need to tell me the marketing objective and what you want to market before I can give you suitable work. If I could do everything, why would I still work for you? I could just be my own boss. (And I'm even using my own laptop. ==)

1. Workplace bullying from colleagues is extremely serious. Veteran employees make mistakes themselves, then message colleagues to question them in the middle of the night without a second thought. When they are the ones who use something incorrectly, they pretend nothing happened and keep silent. They even make verbal threats to kill you. The worst part is that the boss is completely unable to handle it.
2. Time is money, but this company likes to waste time wavering over unnecessary things. At last week's meeting they agreed to meet this week, then this week they said they had forgotten. Every day I wonder whether I am working with people suffering from dementia.
3. Human resources will arbitrarily alter the recorded overtime hours.
4. Supervisors will block you from talking with the boss and from communicating with other colleagues. They are absolute control freaks.
5. Previously, when participating in an event, they would not let the support staff eat first. They waited until the boxed lunches could not be sold and were nearly sour and smelly before allowing us to eat, then shamelessly claimed that the boss was very generous (？)
