1. The boss is thoughtless, making this completely unsuitable for people who are driven and eager to earn money. Regardless of whether you have goals of your own, you will ultimately be blocked and held back, and end up deteriorating along with everyone else.
2. They like to assign multiple roles to one person. Their claim that they want to expand the team is also false—they simply bring in a bunch of people, then choose whom they want to keep; the rest are fired outright, causing considerable trouble for job seekers.
3. They are very good at painting rosy pictures and presenting blueprints, but there has been no change from beginning to end. They are forever going around in circles in a dead end, with neither the awareness nor the mindset of a startup, nor the systems and organization of a conventional company, and even less of the flexibility and benefits offered by a foreign company.
4. A stereotypical old-school boss who also believes whatever the company accountant says and does not distinguish right from wrong (the accountant is family~)
If you get along well with your colleagues, your performance will be very good.
Before the Lunar New Year, the base salary and commission rate were reduced. After the reduction, the salary during slow months is only the already-low original base pay!! Even during anniversary sales events, you can't earn NT$40,000!!! They drove away colleagues with whom people had good relationships, prohibited counter staff from interacting with walk-in customers, monitored the cameras all day, and prevented interaction among colleagues.
The out-of-touch old-school boss lacks ideas and refuses to adopt any suggestions put forward by employees, and cannot separate public and private matters.
Other than most of the employees being very kind, I can't think of any advantages.
1. The boss is thoughtless and could be described as a typical exploitative employer.
2. They hire employees but provide no SOPs for them to follow, which is very frustrating.
3. After an applicant has worked for only a few days, they decide the person is redundant and make them leave, causing financial hardship for job seekers.
