You have to work with difficult colleagues who contribute little, the workload is that of more than two people, and it also carries a certain degree of danger. When a colleague planned to resign after the Lunar New Year, HR directly told him to leave before the New Year, without caring whether he had completed the handover.
They are extremely petty about small expenses—even removing the toilet paper from the men's restroom.
They said during the interview that there would be a guaranteed 14 months of pay, but then claimed the company didn't make a profit, so many people received only 13 months' pay.
HR even held a forum to explain: “Look, there's a small line written below saying it will be adjusted according to operating conditions.”
HR only knows how to cut salaries and paint grand visions about an IPO next year.
Everyone who could jump ship has done so, leaving behind a bunch of old employees whom nobody else wants.
The only reason to come here is if you have nowhere else to go.

The HR person who showed me in at the beginning seemed very nice.
But I never expected the technical manager who came in after I finished the test to be so shocking.
There were two managers, one man and one woman.
At first, the woman asked questions.
She asked me to introduce myself and also asked about my current company’s work.
After I finished speaking, she wanted me to explain in more detail.
So I explained in more detail.
Then she wanted me to give examples.
The whole process just kept repeating:

She even acted as if I hadn’t explained things in enough detail and she couldn’t understand me.

At “every single one,” they understood everything after I gave a general explanation.
I don’t understand what exactly she didn’t understand.
Okay, fine.
Even if I take a step back and assume there really was a communication problem,
she just kept repeating, “Could you explain it in more detail? Could you give an example?”
And then she just ended the interview directly???

I was seriously dumbfounded—she didn’t cover even one of these before ending the interview and letting me leave.
What a terrible experience.
