The brand equity accumulated over the years provided quite a few opportunities to broaden my aesthetic horizons (I found them myself—the company did not provide them).
After the founder left, two bottomless pits were left behind in Taipei: unclear assets and team culture. The restaurant is controlled by a small number of people with more power than the manager, and its competitiveness has continued to decline rather than improve. Because it burns money, the beautiful bookstore has become a burden within the company; even inventory cannot be properly taken, and it cannot retain dedicated staff, so it simply stopped hiring. As for the so-called cultural and creative aesthetics brand, how many employees are now actually specialists in this area? Does headquarters have a culture of being agreeable to people face-to-face while disparaging them behind their backs, resulting in the recurring practice of constantly hiring newcomers and then driving them away? That is left for future people of ambition to explore.

It was acquired by the Walsin Lihwa Group several years ago. By the middle of last year, the founder of Haoyang Food & Beverage was still there; after the founder left, management here returned to the group.

Our fourth review of the company's history: nearly 20 years.
During this period, the founder opened another company providing planning-related services.
However, it still remained under the group. After the founder left last year, the remaining employees reportedly had to resign voluntarily, and some also followed the original founder when they left here.
Then I dreamed that, toward the end of last year, some employees successively received sudden termination notices (packing up their bags that very day). I don't know whether they received severance pay.
Suggestion: If you like love and peace, and enjoy planets orbiting the Earth, then this place may suit you quite well.
Most colleagues are easy to get along with, but of course there are a few who have already staked out their positions. Everyone knows what to do about that, right?
