1. Weekly meetings last three to four hours, and then they spend an hour discussing things that could be resolved in five minutes.
2. The government said salaries were going to be increased, but instead they reduced the bonus percentage.
3. The highest-ranking manager there starts bullying and targeting you if they dislike you; as soon as they find you unpleasant, they tell you to get lost.
4. The boss is abroad every day, and the company does nothing about it, leaving everything to the highest-ranking manager.
You can watch Korean dramas and go shopping during work; no one will bother you.
The supervisor/store manager speaks very inappropriately and loves to nitpick and make personal attacks. What they most often say to new assistants is, "Are you stupid? You can't even do this? You have to ask me about this too?" But if you encounter a problem and don't ask them, they will scold you for being "disrespectful." They are inconsistent and keep changing what they say: on one hand, they say newcomers should actively learn and ask questions, but when you actually ask, they only call you stupid and don't really teach you.
They also instill methods of deceiving customers in new employees—so long as money is made, any lie is acceptable. They will stop at nothing.
You are hired as a junior assistant, but treated like a general errand worker; all sweeping and miscellaneous tasks must be completed by the new employee alone.
This company is not really recruiting a designer; it simply wants to find someone who will do all the tasks that everyone else does not want to do.

At work, you are constantly criticized by the store manager, who makes sarcastic remarks and always hides personal attacks behind a smile. The store manager dumps work-related matters on newcomers while watching Korean dramas, shopping, browsing the internet, chatting, and playing video games instead of doing their job. When something goes wrong at their own construction site, they blame others, saying the newcomer failed to pay attention and that the problem was not discovered because the newcomer was not serious enough while visiting the site.
The entire store quotes prices very carelessly. They even teach newcomers how to lie to and deceive customers and fob them off. The construction quality is also very inconsistent, and the designers' work quality varies considerably. The boss also deceives customers by privately promising them discounts or free items, but then making the designer pay for them.
During the interview, they said the company had regular courses to train newcomers and would let them attend classes. In reality, the courses are not planned in detail. Some sessions are merely opportunities to chat, with newcomers expected to learn on their own; otherwise, they simply criticize newcomers for not working hard enough or for lacking knowledge, again telling them to learn by themselves.
The store manager takes a very large commission. All the projects handled by the designers under them are subject to commission deductions, but when employees encounter problems, the store manager neither helps nor offers advice. They only pour cold water on them, or exaggerate things and spread rumors everywhere in order to attack colleagues.
