The interview process was extremely uncomfortable. A company that doesn’t know how to respect interviewees—how could it possibly treat its employees well!
What advantages are there?
A company trying to act bigger than it is.
It is constantly trying to open more stores and expand to more locations.
It cannot even crawl yet, but already wants to learn to walk.
The company is understaffed internally. There is no external point of contact at all.
Counter staff are constantly being recruited. Counter staff are repeatedly transferred between locations and are also required to accommodate the company’s inflexible demands for support carts and special photo-shoot venues.
It recruits employees using misleading information. For example: a salary of 22,000–50,000 (Seriously, where does this 22,000–50,000 come from?)
There are absolutely no advantages.
The base salary is quoted arbitrarily, and the performance bonus threshold is high.
When performance is poor, they criticize you relentlessly.
The recruitment advertisement is deceptive; it is absolutely impossible for the base salary to start at 30,000.
The division of responsibilities within the company is a complete mess, and upper management likes to humiliate people when speaking. I urge everyone considering joining to think twice and not jump into this pit of fire.
