After a brief self-introduction, HR asked why I had left my previous job. When I mentioned that the previous company’s business direction did not align with my goals, she repeatedly emphasized that one should take the company’s perspective, protect the company’s interests, and consider the boss’s ideas.
After that, she asked, “Is there anything else you’d like to ask?” The interview lasted less than ten minutes.
It was obvious that they treat everyone like overly submissive laborers: those who are not submissive get lectured and then sent away. What a disgusting company.
I recommend that experienced people not waste their time interviewing here. It’s a waste of time and leaves you furious.

This company has extremely fast promotions and an extremely high turnover rate. As long as you back the right people, obediently follow orders, and don't take too much money, you'll probably be made a duty manager after about three months. However, if you take too much money or have ideas of your own about the company, the adorable HR person will bring you a resignation form and a store-transfer form and make you choose whether to get lost or go to a remote store. Supervisor Yue is even more impressive. Besides spreading rumors about employees, if you submit your resignation, he will ask whether you want to work only until today. If he persuades you to stay, saying that the company needs you, it probably means they haven't found a replacement for you yet. Once they find one, you won't even have the chance to resign, because he will come and tell you to get lost. A colleague who applied for an assistant store manager position also exposed this supervisor, saying that during the interview he would not tell you the salary terms. He would only ask about your expected salary and enthusiastically ramble on about the company's benefits (year-end bonus: the performance bonuses you received over the course of the year; in fact, it is basically impossible for you to meet the target, which also means you won't get any money) (travel subsidy: total bullshit, with a whole bunch of requirements; if you aren't willing to provide it, don't make it sound so good), and then later offer you a salary that is far lower than your expectations.
In short, it's a company with an extremely high turnover rate and seemingly no advantages that I can think of. If you still go after hearing this, all I can do is wish you luck.

The office is located in a residence, and the moment I stepped inside, I noticed a strong smell of smoke.
I was taken to a small room where the server room and meeting room coexisted to fill out paperwork, after which the supervisor came in for the interview.
The supervisor listened to my self-introduction with an impatient expression, interrupting halfway through and pointing out flaws.
The supervisor left midway without saying what they were going to do. Then another woman came in and told me that the interview was over. The entire process was abrupt and lasted less than 10 minutes.
Overall, it was a very poor interview experience. It was truly fortunate that I was not hired.

This company has two stores in Ximending. The so-called employee break room is actually just a partitioned area under the stairs. You still have to keep your head down to get inside.
It is probably less than 2 ping in size... There is no air conditioning or ventilation. The storage area has no metal shelving; cardboard boxes are stacked up and used as shelves instead. There is no three-part holiday bonus, so don’t be fooled.
If you want to climb the ladder, you have to be like a pug, constantly clinging to senior management. Store Manager Lee does this part very well, which is why he can earn over 40,000 in salary. But in reality, he has absolutely no ability and still pretends to be very capable.
The head office’s purchasing department is also terrible. There are often long periods when there are no products to sell. They don’t know how to place orders, and often go to the stores to see what products are missing and write them down in a notebook. Anyone who shops there regularly probably knows that the shelves are often completely empty, with no products at all. It is all just to deceive tourists. Recently, many MINISO stores have been opening across Taiwan.
They mainly sell daily necessities at low prices (similar to Daiso).
I had visited one of their physical stores before and thought it was pretty good, and happened to see that the company was recruiting a Logistics Planning Assistant.
The job involved allocating warehouse goods to each store and handling the scheduling.
The company was located inside a high-end building in Ximending, Taipei.
When I first arrived, I had to fill out two pages of basic information, including questions such as why I wanted to apply for this position.
Since there were other interviewees ahead of me, I had to wait for a while after completing the form before the interview.
At the beginning of the interview, a supervisor (I guessed they were from HR) briefly asked questions such as why I had resigned from my previous job.
I also had to give a brief self-introduction. They explained what the job involved, and seemed like a nice person.
After a short interview, they said that a procurement supervisor would come to interview me later. From then on, I would be working under that procurement supervisor.
When the procurement supervisor came in, they looked over my information,
then said that my previous job had nothing to do with procurement and asked why I had suddenly applied for this position.
They also explained the job to me all over again and repeatedly went on about how it was unrelated to my previous job.
(I thought, do I have to keep doing work related to whatever I did before? Can’t I change career paths???)
In any case, I had no idea what this procurement supervisor came in to do. They just kept saying, in a very rude manner, that I was not suitable for the position,
merely because my previous job was not in a related industry. Less than five minutes after coming in, they told me to wait a moment and then walked out.
After that, the first interviewer came back in and told me that the salary for this position was NT$26,000......
The ironic thing was that posters on the walls of their office boasted about how many stores they had opened and how many billions in revenue the company had.
Overall, it was a very poor interview experience.
Their supervisors probably wanted someone fresh out of school with a blank slate.
And that awful salary left me speechless.
Oh, right—
there is no bonus for the three major holidays, only birthday leave.
