This staffing agency loves spamming job postings everywhere with sensational headlines to trick people into applying, from Xiaojibao to 104.
A characteristic is that they love using emojis and listing benefits that either do not actually exist or are not guaranteed even after becoming a regular employee. Job seekers, don't be foolishly deceived into going there.

Sharing a previously unpleasant interview experience
Previously, I saw through an online job bank that this staffing agency was recruiting for a position at a certain company. I was notified to come for an interview, but only upon arriving did I find out that it had been changed to an interview for an HR position at this staffing agency.
Do you understand how that feels? Playing word games is not acceptable either.
For a staffing company, it's fairly good. There are bonuses for the three major holidays, they don't make arbitrary deductions, and they don't underpay you.
