Sharing a previously unpleasant interview experience

Previously, I saw through an online job bank that this staffing agency was recruiting for a position at a certain company. I was notified to come for an interview, but only upon arriving did I find out that it had been changed to an interview for an HR position at this staffing agency.

Do you understand how that feels? Playing word games is not acceptable either.
