1. The boss has extensive life and professional experience.
2. You will receive a call offering you the job the day after the interview.
1. The boss is the head of the guild. During the interview, he goes on for 2–3 hours without stopping about his many achievements, boasts about his good relationship with the K Party, and talks about how he won major awards. Once he gets to the point, he looks at your résumé and experience and constantly belittles your abilities and everything else. In the end, he offers a very low salary and an illegal leave policy and expects you to accept them. The entire interview process takes 3–4 hours.
2. The boss’s mood swings are very pronounced.

No overtime pay for working beyond regular hours; working on days off also comes with neither compensatory leave nor overtime pay; the shift system is very poor; the supervisor's mood fluctuates greatly
1. Seven days off per month, with 8+1 hours per shift. The hours do not comply with the current legal requirement of a 40-hour workweek; nor is additional overtime pay provided for statutory days off, which is completely inconsistent with the one-fixed-day-off-and-one-flexible-rest-day system.
2. When working during the Lunar New Year period, in principle, in addition to compensatory leave, overtime pay should also be provided. But setting aside the fact that no overtime pay is provided, employees are also forced to use their accumulated leave during the same month, without being allowed to choose freely. Moreover, the leave is scheduled after an overnight shift, so it is essentially only time to catch up on sleep.
3. Female employees are required to rotate onto overnight shifts, which does not comply with Article 49 of the Labor Standards Act, and no corresponding overnight-shift allowance is provided.
