Read the community guidelinesMaybe the benefits are great, and they are always organizing activities? Or parties? The interviewer’s face got hit by a pie.
The interviewer was somewhat older and had an unpleasant tone. During the conversation, they were extremely skeptical of what the interviewee said. And what era are we living in.....they were still asking questions like “Why do you want to join our company?” and “I think you could work in another department.” Do you need to have some great ideal or noble sense of purpose to work at this company?

Part 2: Chen Sunnie’s card-launch chapter
1. Panda Card: This product was one of the products she planned to launch after joining the company. The rewards mechanism appeared to be quite good, and she said the card-acquisition target was 150,000 cards. Now, since its launch, it has not even reached 10,000 cards. What a predicament. She does not even dare respond to reporters’ inquiries about the issuance status. Thinking back to how confident she was before is truly laughable. And she even called it a travel-to-Japan premium card. She fundamentally lacks the ability to plan products with market value, and has also caused all team members to bear the blame for this failure to acquire cards. Chen Sunnie, aren’t you ashamed?
2. Lexiang Mileage Card: This was also Chen Sunnie’s own creation, and you can already know the result—it was the same failure. She said she alone could launch this card. With these annual-fee conditions and so many restrictions, it received wave after wave of negative reviews. And you still dare say that the card you launched was very successful? Don’t make people laugh.
Now that you have no face to meet anyone, hurry up and find a job. Are you thinking about running away like this?
Everyone at the company is waiting for you to resign. Should we just publicly announce that you are looking for a job?
None
Chen Sunnie, are you trying to change jobs after issuing a bunch of lousy cards and not wanting to clean up the mess?
After investing a great deal of manpower and promotional resources into issuing the new cards, the results differed greatly from your projections. As an SVP, shouldn’t you be held responsible?
Do you think you can just pat yourself on the back and walk away like this?
Let the companies that were originally going to hire you see just how unflattering your track record really is.
With your sour-faced, boastful personality, it turns out that your appearance of confidence is nothing more than that.
Every company considering hiring him should think carefully.
Don’t let him damage the next company’s credit card reputation again.

Part 1
1. All notifications and offers from the interview through onboarding were sent by HR via 104 private messages. I really had no idea that there could be such a terrible company under the Rakuten Group, one that is regulated by the Financial Supervisory Commission.
2. What shocked me even more after I joined was entering the marketing unit and encountering the most awful and absurd department head. Her name is Chen Sunnie. She thinks that because she was headhunted from a foreign company to come here, she can constantly act superior, as if she is the only capable person. She treats subordinates like servants: everyone has to listen to her, worship her, and flatter her. She can subject team members to verbal abuse at any time, saying that they look ugly or that they are fat and still eat so much. Not only is this workplace bullying, but if you do not follow her way of doing things, she freezes you out and may even use various methods to collude with HR to force you to resign. There are too many despicable things to count.
Chen Sunnie, I hope you cannot find your next job as you wish, that you are ostracized everywhere, and that you have fewer and fewer friends and allies. No one will be willing to continue working with someone like you.
Part 2: I will update this if I think of anything else.
I don't know of any advantages.
The interviewer shoots down everything you say. They're just an HR manager, yet they talk about experience in an entirely different field?! This company feels like a total disaster!! No wonder they're always hiring. Even if I were desperate for money, I wouldn't work for this company.
