The morning-shift supervisor does not treat everyone fairly.
I’m new, and when I happen to have a scheduling conflict, I’m the one who has to change it.
Whatever! The morning shift is idle anyway, so I’ll just put up with you!!
If it were really that good, would they be unable to hire enough employees?
Would the company’s turnover be as high as the volume of portable toilets?
If you don’t want to do anything, it’s really easygoing. On the morning shift, you can watch coworkers constantly go out to smoke, hide in the restroom or stairwell, or play League of Legends: Wild Rift in the smoking area. It’s very relaxed.
Recently, people on the morning shift were asked again whether they wanted to go overseas for training: NT$45,000 a month, only two days off per month, and 10-hour workdays.
Actually, everyone knows that this is because of a shortage of overseas labor, so they’re trying hard to paint an overly rosy picture. If you really go abroad for that kind of training… all I can say is: you’ll get seriously scammed!
Don’t go along with it blindly~unless the company is very well organized, but.......?! (laughing already
There’s never a shortage of good drama to watch every day.
Be mentally prepared to deal with customer harassment every day. Imagine that you work on a dating platform, and it may feel a little more balanced.
No educational qualifications are required. Basically, if you can type, you can get hired. It doesn’t matter if you’re a man—the person in charge has already prepared voice changers. As long as you’re good at acting cute and coaxing customers into spending money on games, you’ll be fine. If you’re not good at acting coquettishly, that’s okay; the person in charge will always be right there to help you.
This is a company where you can get hired as long as you know how to chat. If you want to make easy money, this is the place for you. But remember to choose the morning shift. Why? Because the morning-shift job is basically eating, drinking, going to the bathroom, and killing time—so idle that you’ll panic, and so idle that you’ll be completely bored out of your mind. It’s okay if you have no abilities; just remember that when the company asks whether you’re willing to go overseas, you must nod and agree, because when you come back, you’ll be a supervisor. Overseas, you’ll have endless hosted drinks every day, and you’ll be able to trample your Taiwanese colleagues completely. How great is that! Give it some thought!
The evening-shift supervisor is unwilling to communicate and gives you the cold shoulder if your opinion differs from theirs. They expect special privileges for themselves while denying them to others, secretly form small cliques while accusing other employees of doing so, are highly calculating, and like to blame others for mistakes. This has led to large numbers of employees from the morning, afternoon, and evening shifts leaving the company. They are thin-skinned themselves yet say that others are thin-skinned.
If you’re thinking of coming here, absolutely do not go to Group A’s afternoon or evening shift.
