The evening-shift supervisor is unwilling to communicate and gives you the cold shoulder if your opinion differs from theirs. They expect special privileges for themselves while denying them to others, secretly form small cliques while accusing other employees of doing so, are highly calculating, and like to blame others for mistakes. This has led to large numbers of employees from the morning, afternoon, and evening shifts leaving the company. They are thin-skinned themselves yet say that others are thin-skinned.
