Pros: The colleagues are nice, and everyone helps and coordinates with one another.
Cons: The biggest drawback is the very strange boss. The boss here often changes what he says, especially when it comes to how things should be done—orders are frequently changed from one moment to the next. A large part of the high employee turnover is due to people being unable to tolerate the boss’s personality.
The boss’s way of interacting with you may make you feel as though you are friends, but at the same time, he very often makes sexually suggestive jokes, whether dealing with customers or employees.

High turnover. The work is complicated.
During the interview, I was moved by the boss’s sincerity and persuaded by their rhetoric to believe that the previous employees were the problem and that the boss had been treated terribly. After joining, I discovered that things were different. It became increasingly difficult to tell which of the boss’s words were true and which were false.
The colleagues work seriously but are often treated as scapegoats. The boss views employees with prejudice and even expects them to share the boss’s political views. Employees leave one by one, and not a single colleague from the same intake remains there.
