My position is front desk receptionist.

No shift work, good colleagues, and at the end of the month, colleagues coordinate the work schedule among themselves.

High turnover. The work is complicated.

During the interview, I was moved by the boss’s sincerity and persuaded by their rhetoric to believe that the previous employees were the problem and that the boss had been treated terribly. After joining, I discovered that things were different. It became increasingly difficult to tell which of the boss’s words were true and which were false.

The colleagues work seriously but are often treated as scapegoats. The boss views employees with prejudice and even expects them to share the boss’s political views. Employees leave one by one, and not a single colleague from the same intake remains there.
