Every week, you have to spend three hours in meetings.
If the purpose of the meeting is not explained, it really feels like attending a direct-selling convention.
I had just been hired.
At the meeting, they emphasized that the workforce needed to be downsized,
so employees with less seniority were laid off before they had even been there for two months.
Therefore, anyone applying should think carefully~
It is a family business, and the owner's wife will intervene in and participate in the work.
When something involving her comes up, you have to stop what you are doing and prioritize her.
It feels like the family treats the company as if it were their home.
At present, everyone who has just joined the company and has little seniority is immediately laid off after the downsizing.
During the interview, they hired me on the spot.
They also told me about the layoff on the same day and told me to leave at noon.
Does pressure help people grow?
A. During the interview, they said store support would reimburse gas expenses—NO.
B. Factional infighting.
C. What you can learn and what you can teach depends on what kind of senior colleague you encounter.
D. They don’t teach you anything, so naturally you make mistakes and get harshly scolded in front of customers.
E. They don’t teach you? Okay, I’ll quietly watch how senior colleagues use and sell things. When they notice, they even hide what they’re doing because they don’t want you to learn.
F. You clock in at Store A only to discover that you’re temporarily required to work at Store B today.
No advantages.
The working hours are very long, and overtime pay does not comply with the Labor Standards Act. No Dragon Boat Festival bonus or gift box. One box of mooncakes for the Mid-Autumn Festival. The year-end bonus is very small.
The boss is very good at making empty promises…
The boss has too many people giving instructions, so the work pressure is high.
Enter at your own risk: You work 12 hours a day, but the salary is completely inconsistent with the Labor Standards Act. There is no compensatory leave or double pay during the Chinese New Year period either; they claim it is averaged into the monthly salary. However, with a base salary of 30,000, everyone can assess this for themselves. When asked, even the supervisors could not explain the situation clearly, which was extremely astonishing. In addition, performance bonuses are very opaque, with no clear calculation method. The only response you get when asking is that the amount of bonus you can receive depends roughly on how much you accomplish. It may also depend on whether you have a good relationship with your supervisor. The calculations are extremely unfair, and you should not even dream of receiving the extra bonuses they regularly announce.
The company announces rules for rewards and penalties every month. Missing one target may result in a deduction of around 300–500, and they also often use improvement notices involving deductions of over 100 as punishment. It is outrageous.
The work location is genuinely changed arbitrarily; there have even been cases where employees were informed only on the same day. This shows a real lack of respect for employees.
