Colleagues get along well, 10 days of annual leave
Low salary. They say there are project bonuses, but usually you complete several projects in a year and receive only one or two bonuses, if any. The three major traditional holidays come with Carrefour gift vouchers. Not having to clock out = flexible working hours with no overtime pay. They are very slow to give you money, but very quick to ask you to return it.
Colleagues get along harmoniously, and the atmosphere is pleasant.
Although the workload is unbearably heavy, there is still a one-month year-end bonus.
1. The base salary is low, and we have to rely on project bonuses. Managers happily take the lion’s share, while entry-level employees get only the leftovers.
2. The job operates under a responsibility-based system, so we work excessive overtime. Even when overtime pay is reported, it won’t be approved.
One month’s year-end bonus, and Carrefour gift cards for the three major holidays
With 10 years of work experience, the monthly salary is 50k; an RD manager with 20 years of experience earns 68k per month. Performance bonuses are promised but never received.
No need to clock in or out for work
With a results-based work system, there is no limit to the end time, yet the salary is very low and the project bonuses are also terrible—at least NT$5,000 below the industry standard.
