The HR department was friendly during the interview.
1. For an interview at the Taipei headquarters, you have to go to Taoyuan, and no commuting allowance is provided.
2. During employee training, you have to travel between Taoyuan and Taipei (for at least three days).
3. The benefits provided are insufficient, yet the company still claims to place great emphasis on performance; if you cannot meet the requirements, you will be fired directly.
4. If an employee leaves before completing one year, they have to repay the company for the benefits received (the difference in the discount).
There are no advantages to the interview.
I saw many problems; anyone considering an interview can go see for themselves.
During the interview, a senior executive interviewer agreed in person to hire me, but then a bunch of ridiculous things happened afterward.
This was the first time I had encountered a company requiring that, before receiving an offer, I provide proof of my salary from my previous company in the same industry so that the company could proceed with the process and issue me an offer.
After I provided it, there was no follow-up. The company is rigid and improper in its procedures.

Moreover, scheduling more than three days off (including three days) requires a written request signed by a supervisor
There are far too many patient record forms, and the cabinet where they are stored is also difficult to move (forms for patients who have not returned for a long time should be removed separately instead of allowing the pile to keep growing)
The mentor was terrible on my first day (and even said that this job was not suitable as a long-term career). They taught me nothing and treated the new employee as a burden (the main reason I resigned)
The people are very friendly and provide advice on professional and personal development. The interview atmosphere is excellent.
The professional standards are very high, and there will be a lot of training and exams after joining.
