Cons
The French restaurant’s pastry kitchen has an average workday of 12 hours. During the split shift, they ask you to clock in and out, but you continue working. Basically, there is no break time at all.

You can know right away whether they need you.
Cons
They had already reviewed the résumé, but still required relevant experience at the interview, wasting both parties’ time. The education and work experience listed on the résumé were already very complete.
