None whatsoever—simply a terrifying experience.
A friend previously worked at this company. The person in charge does not have a medical license in Taiwan, yet somehow provides medical consultations to clients there. She repeatedly says that things must not become too commercialized, but her actions do not reflect that at all. For the sake of business, when a confirmed case was reported in the building where they worked, they still allowed clients to come in for consultations. It is unclear why they would do this. They also required employees to purchase screening tests at their own expense and self-test every week. Outside working hours and on holidays, employees still had to handle her assignments or answer work-related inquiries. On one occasion, she messaged an employee on Line during a holiday, saying that there were no consultations scheduled for the following week and telling the employee to adjust the advertising immediately, because without consultations there would be no revenue. The advertising expenses also had to be paid upfront by employees with their own credit cards. After an employee resigned, the credit card linked to the image library account was not replaced, and two charges were made without justification. The boss then said that the transfer limit for that month had already been reached and that she would wait until the following month. We friends could not stand watching this, so we directly commented on her Facebook, asking why she had allowed clients to come to the office building without informing them that there was a confirmed case there. The credit card was transferred that same day, and the outstanding money was paid. But afterward, she said that if the former employee’s card were charged again, she would have to hire a lawyer to deal with it. Isn’t that ridiculous?! What kind of logic is that? It should be the person whose card was charged again who hires a lawyer, shouldn’t it?

Everyone is expected to handle everything, but there is insufficient staffing. The boss's way of thinking is different from that of a normal person. When placing advertisements, employees are asked to pay upfront with their own credit cards, which is very strange. Employees come to work, so why should they have to front the advertising budget?! She even said that employees could use credit cards with generous rewards, making it a win-win situation. What does she care if an employee's card gets declined?!

The owner of this company has been running it for 10 years, but the longest-serving employee has been there for less than six months because the owner is constantly messaging employees on LINE—after work on weekdays and on weekends. Basically, the owner is self-centered.
The conversation was fairly relaxed.
1. After asking a question, the interviewer would keep interrupting while you were answering to ask other questions, then suddenly return to the original question after a while, saying that your previous answer was not clear enough and asking you to answer it again. This kept looping endlessly, which was extremely frustrating...
2. Interviews typically include questions about your specific action plans if you are hired. After you answer with a general outline, the interviewer says that is not the answer they are looking for and keeps asking you to give a concrete method that will have an immediate effect. I was a little puzzled, so I initially suggested just one approach. Unexpectedly, the interviewer then told someone else in front of me that they would try this approach when they got back to see whether it helped...
3. At the very beginning of the interview, the interviewer covered their mouth and whispered to someone else in front of the interviewee (though it was actually not quiet at all): “There’s no need to coordinate the interview time with the interviewee. Just set a time directly; whether they come or not is up to them, because we need to let the interviewee know that they are the ones looking for a job, not that our company absolutely needs them!” Personally, I feel that this is something the company could discuss privately. There was really no need for the interviewee to hear it; it negatively affected my impression!
4. A large part of the entire process was spent discussing gossip about the interviewee’s previous job. Aside from asking you to provide specific approaches, they showed little interest in understanding the interviewee’s abilities or thoughts about the position!
