They said the company is preparing to go public, so they opened a new accounting position.
The manager who interviewed me said that having experience with a company going public, or with a listed company, would make it easier to find a job in the future.
It seems like a position where you’d be worked to the bone.
The salary is unknown. I told them my current salary, and the manager seemed a bit hesitant and said they would discuss it. I don’t know whether I’ve been silently rejected.
I interviewed today for the algorithm engineer position. The company appears to have received a lot of orders recently and is also preparing to go public, so its situation should be quite good. I met with three interview managers, and all three interviews were fairly direct; they told me directly what they expected from someone in this position. It feels like a company with development potential, but I should probably be mentally prepared for the work to be quite busy.
The technical part of the interview was a bit simple. I wonder whether they were really able to assess the extent of my abilities?

3. Leave is granted in accordance with labor laws and regulations
4. Group insurance
5. Freedom
6. The company continues to make efforts even when circumstances are unfavorable
Years of dedicated effort and management were destroyed in an instant by an anonymous review due to a temporary unfavorable situation
Freedom
Insist that they are senior management and can do whatever they want

Certain personnel will only argue with you about your working hours and demand that you finish
For many reasons, I recommend not wasting your time coming to the interview
Improve patience?
Very bad. Reimbursements are often delayed. Wages are too. It’s very difficult to take compensatory leave for overtime.
