I interviewed today for the algorithm engineer position. The company appears to have received a lot of orders recently and is also preparing to go public, so its situation should be quite good. I met with three interview managers, and all three interviews were fairly direct; they told me directly what they expected from someone in this position. It feels like a company with development potential, but I should probably be mentally prepared for the work to be quite busy.

The technical part of the interview was a bit simple. I wonder whether they were really able to assess the extent of my abilities?
