第一面還好是線上面試，不用跑到現場去
用人主管的面試起手式是你先自我介紹一下，我看一下履歷，讓人感覺就非常不舒服，表示用人主管其實沒有很用心，面試前沒有先看過履歷，思考要問面試者什麼問題，後面從用人主管問的問題可以知道他們其實沒有要找很資深的人，所以在某些地方開出高薪只是好看的而已，問問題可能是怕透露出內部的問題，問得很繞也常常不在點上，都是要想一下才想到他原來是想問那個，然後的確會問怪問題而且一直重複問，然後這主管感覺是不懂技術的純管理職，會在意的人要注意一下，本來以為新主管會有新氣象，但感覺跟五年前的人留的沒什麼差別，看來文化要改變沒這麼容易。

自己很怪，還在那邊說面試者很怪⋯真的是大開眼界了⋯而且還鬼打牆的問了很多重複的問題，更突顯了自己的不專業⋯可惜了這公司。
