From 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. is considered volunteer work. Once overtime extends past 10:00 p.m., for every additional hour worked, you may arrive 30 minutes late the following day. If overtime extends until 2:00 a.m., for every additional hour worked, you may take 30 minutes of compensatory leave during that month. Overtime on holidays is handled the same way: one hour worked earns 30 minutes of compensatory leave.
