During the interview, they said there was no Labor Insurance or National Health Insurance, and that I would have to find an organization myself to arrange coverage. Days off are not allowed. The salary follows the minimum monthly wage of 23,800. During the interview, they repeatedly confirmed whether I could get up early.

1. Most colleagues are very nice, and the work isn't particularly tiring. However, one particular person is really difficult, making your entire day miserable. They also raise their voice at others while at work; despite being extremely overweight themselves, they refuse to take the stairs to deliver meals.

That full-time position I interviewed for has six days off per month, with no holidays allowed, and pays 26,500. You can decide for yourselves.
