During the interview, they said there was no Labor Insurance or National Health Insurance, and that I would have to find an organization myself to arrange coverage. Days off are not allowed. The salary follows the minimum monthly wage of 23,800. During the interview, they repeatedly confirmed whether I could get up early.
Since they were uncertain about my abilities and efficiency, they required me to start with hourly pay
