There is no project management system internally, the product technology has no standout features, and the same old problem of “communication of opinions” between the boss and employees is common. The company’s bottleneck is the boss, although he is a good person.
The boss has no professional background or vision as a business operator, only ordinary sales ability. He can put up barriers around professional content when dealing with customers who do not understand it, but the seemingly plausible things he says often make people inside the company shake their heads. As a result, arguments between the boss and employees are common, and they are always arguing over the same old issues. Over time, employees become unwilling and have no energy to discuss things; responding is useless, and the company continues to struggle around the survival line.
As for the bottleneck, think it over after hearing this. If you really want to come for an interview, especially when the interview describes the role, ask for clarification, think carefully, and remember what was said, so that you do not end up doing four jobs alone later. The additional duties from different fields may be treated as a matter of course, and you may still be criticized for not doing them well.

As an agent for certain software, they go to great lengths to find people to rewrite the licensed software in other languages, making it easier to sell. The management style is令人無言, and you can hear heated conversations with employees almost every day. They often check what is displayed on employees’ screens and whether they are using their phones. They like to pretend to understand things they do not understand, are especially fond of sarcasm, and always like to get in a couple of remarks no matter what.
