Not yet knowing that it was the beginning of a nightmare

1. This company has far too many basic conditions that should be improved but have not been, such as its company culture, treatment of people, and mindset!

The person in the highest position has no management awareness whatsoever, allowing subordinates to manage and criticize others recklessly and self-righteously! They have never properly taught employees how to solve problems. Only the supervisor is considered right, responsibility is pushed onto you, and there is no awareness of solving problems together~ A terrifying company!

One day, you may leave without even knowing how you offended your superior and got targeted to the point of being driven out! My advice to everyone above is~ look for a better opportunity elsewhere!

P.S. The company’s workforce is relatively young~ there is no SOP education or training at all!

The technical department is constantly assembling machines for testing; it is not really technical work but quality-control operator work.

The company is essentially an end-to-end operation: sales receives customer orders and passes them to warehouse management to prepare the goods, then to the graphic designer to create the product model, and finally to the so-called quality assurance department for installation and shipping. For example, if you go to buy a car and tell the salesperson you want an SUV, they should not introduce you to a sedan. They should clearly understand the wheel size, engine displacement, and available grades.

The company's sales team only cares about making the sale, regardless of the application, functions, or characteristics of the product—they do not understand any of these things at all. The only thing they clearly know is how much to sell it for; everything else is thrown back to the technical department to handle.

The company's problems are not properly addressed at the top and are all left for the back end to deal with. If the issues above are not resolved, no matter how much the later stages change, it will be of no avail.

New hires apply to the company for accounting positions but end up doing warehouse management work.

Having extra time is not a problem, but it turns into not handling the actual work and instead doing miscellaneous tasks. I can accept it if no one cares, but some people are so busy they are overwhelmed while others are extremely idle. Why do they seem so idle? Because pretending to be busy is even more tiring, so they simply remain idle.

People should fulfill the responsibilities of their positions. Employees below will keep the decisions made by those above in mind.

Perhaps after saying all this, I only wanted to express some small thoughts from my heart,

and I also hope to grow together with the company.

If what I said is not important, then fine—since the company is constantly hiring new employees, it will not be me who gets worn out. If the company thinks there is no problem with things being this way, then so be it!

The boss is really good at talking bullshit and then conveniently forgets afterward; all the benefits are just empty talk.

The boss has no balls and only lets a bunch of useless idiots screw over the employees.

The turnover rate is as high as 87 points.

1. The boss is a completely incompetent ruler who can't distinguish right from wrong. The managers take lies as truth. When the person at the top is crooked, those below follow suit, and every manager is a jerk.

2. The company handles matters from a completely unfair perspective, has no management ability, and spouts a load of bullshit.

3. The managers will constantly check the surveillance cameras to see whether anyone has said anything bad about them, and are always ready to target you.

4. What system? Does such a thing even exist?

5. The managers are thin-skinned. You can't correct them when they make mistakes. They can set fires, but you can't even light a lamp. What the managers want is for you to obey them like a dog.

6. No matter what happens, it's always the back-office staff's fault, while the salespeople are always right.

7. When a problem arises, the manager will tell you a bunch of bullshit instead of helping you solve it, then run away and tell the boss afterward that it was your fault.

8. In the manager's world, there is no such thing as mutual support—only you working yourself to death, because the manager thinks that's what you're supposed to do.

9. They paint grand promises from Xingtian Temple all the way to outer space, but you don't even see where the pie is.

10. There is far too much to say. Anyone who successfully gets through the interview should find out for themselves. Take good care of yourself; if you encounter anything unreasonable, contact the Labor Bureau to handle it and protect yourself—otherwise, you'll be the one who ends up suffering.
