永虹先進材料股份有限公司
Pros

The colleagues are generally quite nice and easy to get along with.

Cons

The company is internally chaotic, and reality is very different from theory.... There are endless meetings all day long.... Everything is urgent; nothing is ever not urgent.... Then issues are only brought up when they are almost about to cause a major problem. Employees are expected to figure out solutions while constantly rushing to meet deadlines. The managers of each department generally do not like to get involved; perhaps no one wants to manage anything until a major problem occurs! Some managers are very strict and believe that only what they say is right..... Employees cannot have any opinions and are expected to obediently follow orders without complaining! Senior management also loves to make grand promises.... Whether they can actually deliver on them is.......

Pros

The company looks unremarkable from the outside, but the interior is nicely decorated, and HR is very responsible.

Cons

The company has become an equipment supplier rather than a materials supplier. I wish this had been disclosed before the interview.

Pros

Carbon fiber, advanced materials.

Cons

There is no system, and policies can change at any moment. Those who cannot accept the system are semi-forced to resign. Internal infighting is severe. When problems arise, people do not solve them together; instead, they stand by and watch, then step in after something goes wrong to showcase their own superior abilities. Senior management, supervisors, and even senior engineers have strong subjective biases and are prone to judging a person's work performance and attitude based on first impressions, age, and habits. The company is still in the development stage, and not a single manager is willing to work for the company's future; they only want to secure a place for themselves. Senior managers use cameras to monitor employees' every move (even when they are on leave) and report them for violations; the primary purpose is not employee safety.
