The company is internally chaotic, and reality is very different from theory.... There are endless meetings all day long.... Everything is urgent; nothing is ever not urgent.... Then issues are only brought up when they are almost about to cause a major problem. Employees are expected to figure out solutions while constantly rushing to meet deadlines. The managers of each department generally do not like to get involved; perhaps no one wants to manage anything until a major problem occurs! Some managers are very strict and believe that only what they say is right..... Employees cannot have any opinions and are expected to obediently follow orders without complaining!
