For people who want to switch to the IT industry, this should be a place where you can gain a little experience, but it is not suitable to stay for more than two years. If you get in, you will probably understand.
As for salary, there are 12 internal certifications, and passing each one comes with an additional NT$1,000. However, basically, you will probably only pass three. There is no set schedule for training or education; if there is any, it is just a brief overview. Basically, you have to rely on yourself. Also, it is basically not easy to find someone to administer the exams, haha.
I say this based on evidence, because basically, the number of people who have passed more than six certifications can be counted on three fingers.

Every month, they deduct a welfare fund from your monthly salary, claiming that it will be used for employee trips or the three traditional holidays. It is extremely baffling.
There aren't really any advantages.
You are often expected to work overtime under a responsibility-based system. There is also work in the middle of the night, but overtime pay seems to be something I've never seen. You are required to use your annual leave—aren't you supposed to decide for yourself when to take it? Even when you can finally enjoy a day off, you may still be called in to handle customer issues. If you don't deal with them, just wait to be scolded for lacking a sense of responsibility or to receive a disciplinary warning when you return to work.
