Leaving work on time
There is little interaction between people, so things are relatively simple.

I originally applied for a warehouse administrator position. After working there for a month, you will find
that the supervisor is very emotional at work. If you are considering taking this job, please think carefully.
Also, the supervisor speaks very harshly and makes those kinds of scolding remarks. At work, she often assigns
many tasks at once. Each task may be complicated or simple, but she assigns many of them all at once… Unless
you are capable of handling the job, you will definitely be scolded and criticized if you make a mistake. Sometimes
she makes mistakes herself, but she just brushes them off as if nothing happened—it's unbelievable! If you are the
kind of person who doesn't mind being scolded even when you haven't done anything wrong, then go ahead and take
the job.
The company's benefits are average, and the salary is low. I never expected much from the year-end bonus anyway.
When I told my supervisor I was going to resign, I asked whether I would be able to receive a year-end bonus. She
responded in a very disdainful manner, as if to say, “You’re leaving, and you still dare to ask about the year-end
bonus?” It was an unbelievable response. If I had worked through the end of the year, why shouldn't I be able to
receive the bonus? I eventually did receive a year-end bonus, but when I opened it, I almost developed high blood
pressure.
Summary: If you want a work environment with few people and don't want to worry about interpersonal conflict, you
can come here. As for everything else, I have no comment.
Being scolded despite not making a mistake, or being given many tasks at once and then being scolded harshly when
something goes wrong—situations like this happen often. Please consider carefully whether you want to take the job.
The supervisor loves pointing out other people's mistakes, but treats her own mistakes as if nothing happened.
Also, you have to clean the restroom and sweep the floors… Sweeping is something I feel should naturally be done to
maintain a clean environment. The problem is… why don't people who are the same gender as the boss have to clean
the restroom? They are the ones using that restroom to urinate and defecate, yet they still tell someone who has
never used it to clean it. It's unbelievable. These supervisors and employees are something else. The work
environment is messy, and you have to sweep every day.
