No advantages
1. It has no connection with Lingzhi Advertising. Lingzhi Advertising is very strong, but the Lean system has problems. Job seekers are advised not to confuse the two. (Channel Activities Department II)
2. All personnel are treated as disposable employees, with an extremely high turnover rate. It is a sweatshop.
3. There is no comprehensive employee training, nor is the company compliant with the Labor Standards Act. They say there is training, but in reality, there is none.
4. Working long hours and being on standby are basic aspects of working in the advertising industry, but overtime work is never paid, which is completely illegal.
5. The internal supervisors include people who shirk responsibility and fail to take action, as well as those who maliciously defame others and engage in workplace bullying. The supervisor calls themself the boss, frequently threatens their own employees, and shifts all responsibility onto employees to make them take the blame.
6. The boss uses employees’ project GI to buy personal items or eat good food, causing employees to mistakenly believe that they have failed to properly control their own GI costs.

None at all
1. It has nothing to do with Leo Burnett Advertising. Leo Burnett Advertising is a very strong 4A agency, whereas Leo Burnett Lean is an event company with systemic problems. Job seekers are advised not to confuse the two.
2. All personnel are treated as disposable employees, and the turnover rate is extremely high.
3. There is no employee training or guidance of any kind; you are left to figure everything out by trial and error once you start working.
4. The pay is extremely low and the working hours are extremely long. You are on call every weekend, including the Lunar New Year holiday.
5. The internal managers include one person who avoids responsibility and takes no action, one who maliciously badmouths others and engages in workplace bullying, and one who sows discord. Please be especially alert and careful.
6. Being converted to a regular employee is considered a benefit; it is not an automatic result of passing the three-month probationary period. At all other times, you remain in a dispatched-worker status and receive none of the employee benefits.

Nope~
1. They delay payments to vendors, and in the end, the people who suffer most are those on the front line, who have to apologize while being berated by the vendors.
A company with no credibility that is full of itself will withhold just a few thousand dollars from a vendor for more than three months, then ask the vendor to understand that they may be dealing with cash-flow issues or something! Why doesn’t your company understand that the vendor only earns a few thousand dollars from you, and pay promptly instead of making the vendor front the money?
2. They exploit SOHO designers; they are simply an astonishingly cheap and exploitative employer with no sense of market rates for designers.
3. They like to find newcomers to take the blame.
4. The senior managers verbally bully people and speak without considering others’ feelings. (The company’s policies even advocate against workplace bullying, yet a certain manager leads by example in bullying others.)
5. Don’t go there and waste your life. They like hiring inexperienced people and brainwashing you into thinking that this is just the hardship of the industry. (It absolutely isn’t! You’re simply being exploited.)
It seems there aren't any.
Having to buy the products you're supposed to sell yourself to serve them to customers for tasting is really not okay.
