1. Illegal wage deductions: The company’s audit department falsely claims that contracted vendors are at fault and unilaterally deducts the salary and performance bonuses associated with contracts from start to finish, causing you to work hard for years for nothing.
2. Illegal restrictions on taking leave: Supervisors announce that employees who do not generate business during scheduled leave will have the salary and performance bonuses for five contracted vendors deducted, leaving you unable to enjoy your time off peacefully and subjecting you to punishment.
3. When a vendor is about to close a deal, supervisors transfer it to people with close relationships to the supervisor so they can earn the performance credit, causing you to hand over the results of your hard-earned business development to someone else.
4. Illegal disciplinary actions not carried out according to regulations: Supervisors do not provide assistance and only impose punishments. To evade company rules and targets, supervisors privately devise grounds for punishment, so even after you meet the company’s goals, you may still be disciplined by a supervisor in violation of company policy.
