I’d like to say that the ideas will keep up with the times.

Generally speaking, when a factory needs to assign someone to work at a plant, they usually choose someone with a darker complexion or someone the company likes less to leave their original position; this is understandable. But the person assigned here is really even worse than the previous plant manager…. They love going on and on about ideas from 30–40 years ago and even force everyone to follow them…
