Pros
The company benefits are pretty good, and meals are provided, which is effectively an indirect pay raise. During the interview, the colleagues seemed to get along well.
The interview only covered basic questions and there was no testing. The interviewing manager was also very friendly, and HR professionally pointed out many details.
Cons
It is difficult to find a motorcycle parking space nearby.
