The boss is very generous with benefits; hard work is rewarded with bonuses, there are unlimited snacks, and lunch is provided too. The work environment is very fun and great!!!

We just moved into a new, huge office. The entire floor is enormous, so even going to the restroom requires a bit of a walk.

The colleagues are easy to get along with. There are many outgoing people in the company. Drinks, snacks, and lunch are provided.

They may ask you to leave at any time. They do provide severance pay, but you may not even last a month, or they may fire you after exactly one month. They will not give you any reason; all dismissals are sudden. They have had a job posting up for an entire year... It is recommended that after leaving, you pay closer attention to your personal tax filing status.

The interview was okay, and the coworkers were easy to get along with. Snacks and lunch are provided.

The employee turnover rate is very high, and there are interviews every week. After you are hired, if they don't like you after about a month, you may be dismissed that same day. There is no advance notice, but you will receive a small amount of severance pay. People who joined at around the same time as me were dismissed at roughly the same time. The boss does not have a very good temper.

1. You work as a contract employee for the entire first year, and only become a regular employee after one year. The contract is renewed monthly.

2. The bonus system was truly eye-opening (the target for sales during a promotional period is NT$50,000, and after reaching the target, you can receive NT$500!!!)

Just these two things alone make me completely unmotivated to work for this company.

I guess my abilities aren't good enough. When the boss told me about these benefits, I was simply incredulous.................
