Setting aside the few people mentioned privately, the other colleagues are quite easy to get along with, but everyone is suffering.
A former employee who left several years ago happened to come across the following review. It seems that the boss’s habitual way of doing things has remained basically exactly the same over the years—I can guarantee it. This company is essentially a one-person dictatorship where you can only listen to the boss. There are basically two types of colleagues: veterans and newcomers. The veterans have essentially figured out the boss’s personality, which is why they have been able to stay for so long. When you think something is unreasonable, the veterans will instead advise you to back off. In particular, the boss often uses your words against these veterans—how could you not have thought of that? As a result, working this job was actually extremely painful. New employees imitating former employees before they left is also a real thing. Emails from overseas clients are basically treated as imperial edicts. For some reason, the department supervisor is constantly taking leave, and the boss says nothing. In any case, this supervisor is the unpleasant woman mentioned in another comment. She can’t do anything, and working with her is truly painful. I don’t know what the situation is like now, but I just happened to come across this. My experience working here was extremely distressing. You know something is wrong, but you don’t dare say anything, and your colleagues also tell you not to say anything. Then, when something goes wrong, the boss scolds everyone together. The department supervisor is essentially just a figurehead. It was a very complicated work experience.
