HR was very proactive and enthusiastic, and came across as very friendly during the conversation.
The manager was very late to the second interview, to the point that I thought the interview had been canceled.
In the end, I had to urge HR to look into the situation before they told me that a technical issue had prevented them from connecting to the video call.
I had prepared and waited half an hour before the scheduled time, but it took nearly an hour for the other party to resolve the issue before the second interview could begin.
They asked many questions and also tested my English.
In the end, they rejected me with some arbitrary excuse.
Overall, the second interview was an extremely poor experience. It made me feel that if you are not actually hiring, you should not waste both parties' time conducting interviews.
