The office is nice, and the colleagues are good.
The company seems very afraid of receiving negative reviews because it worries that the boss will see them. But it is not as though these are particularly unpleasant remarks; they are simply the truth. This is a company where whatever the boss says goes. Internally, it still operates like a startup. The managers are very young and have no idea how to lead people, and they are not professionals in their roles—they were promoted to management simply because they had been there a long time. They provide no help whatsoever at work; having them around is no different from not having them. They only drink bubble tea and sit around idly. They turn their own stress into complaints directed at their subordinates. In addition, the HR manager needs to improve their communication, particularly regarding personal attacks. The company's base salary in Taichung is not low, but turnover is extremely high—there is always a reason for that. Bonuses and benefits depend on operating conditions. As for the company's operating conditions, just take a look at the financial statements and you will know. Anyone considering joining should think twice.
