Yesterday I dreamed that Wistron had started laying off employees again. An incompetent manager and a boss who is poor at judging people. He indulges this manager in harassing female employees, asking them to help him put on makeup every day—what is he trying to achieve? He verbally harasses female employees in the elevator area. The key point is that the boss still trusts him very much and treats everything he says as divine grace, without questioning him at all. Has the boss been drugged? No wonder there are going to be layoffs again! Not to mention that this manager only knows how to engage in armchair theorizing. His little follower is even more ridiculous, bowing and scraping to manage upward every day while doing nothing else, only passing tasks down to subordinates. He was hired solely to grovel before the manager and satisfy the manager’s vanity. I don’t know when this dream will end; I only hope it isn’t real.
