HR arranged an interview with someone else and, when confirming the time, said they would get back to confirm the agreed-upon time. However, after reading the message, they never responded, and there was still no follow-up after further inquiries.
Seriously, please show some respect for your own work and professionalism. As an HR professional, you should be even more capable of basic communication and demonstrate a sense of responsibility at work. Regardless of whether an interview is ultimately arranged, you should give the other person a clear response instead of making them wait and repeatedly follow up.
If you cannot even manage basic communication and professional conduct, you really need to reflect on your way of working. Do not let your irresponsibility become a red flag in the eyes of others.
