1. Before the interview, HR clearly provides information about the documents to prepare and the relevant onboarding process.
1. After submitting a résumé through 104, I was still required to print the application documents myself and bring them to the interview
(4 copies were required). The interviewee was also required to prepare copies of relevant certificates and diplomas.
I cannot understand whether the company does not have a printer or whether it needs to save even this small amount of money.
2. The interviewer was a department manager, but seemed to be a senior executive rather than the manager of the actual hiring department.
3. During the interview, the interviewer seemed to frequently ask about hardware equipment models and software version numbers in the relevant field. I do not understand why this was the focus.
4. During the 30-minute manager interview, almost all the questions were directed at the interviewee. Less than approximately 15% of the time was spent explaining the requirements of the position and the company's relevant policies. The interview consisted almost entirely of a one-way assessment of the interviewee, resulting in little understanding of the job responsibilities.
