Pros
Experience managing a traditional industry.
Cons
The company expects new hires to get up to speed immediately. Depending on who trains you, some people end up not passing their probationary period, yet no one is held responsible (lol).
Besides having management problems, they make simple matters unnecessarily complicated. Does a company like this really dare to take on challenges~
