Likes to say one thing and do another
When they can't meet the schedule, they exploit the engineers; when things can't be delivered, they say it's the engineers' problem, never admitting that they don't know how to plan schedules
The PM has the most power, and everyone else has to do whatever they say. If you don't comply, you're told that you're not doing your job well or that you lack ability. Features that require a reasonable schedule are also compressed; if they can't be delivered after being compressed, you're threatened with a lower performance rating
When a PM reports someone, the manager always believes them. If there is no evidence, they will handle it in “another” way—just read the other comments to know what that means
When other people report someone, they need evidence. Even if the person behaves for a while after being reported, once they start again, the manager still does nothing
Being a PM here is really great: you can receive bonuses without doing any work, and people of poor character can even form little cliques. The salary is also the highest in the company—no wonder they can stay for so long
