京站實業股份有限公司
Pros

In addition to the basic monthly salary, there are performance bonuses during certain promotional periods, so the compensation structure is fairly good.

Cons

1. There is sales performance pressure for gift boxes and gift certificates during the Mid-Autumn Festival, Lunar New Year, and Dragon Boat Festival.

2. Everyone probably knows that the interviews are extremely long. However, in addition to the managers themselves having issues, during the interview they will return to the office and start discussing your zodiac sign, blood type, personality, and their evaluation of you as an interviewee. If you actually join the company, you can ask your coworkers what was said about you.

3. There is no real time off. After work, you still have to pay attention to event redemption status and system issues at all times. If there is any abnormality or the redemptions are complete, you have to close it immediately. The system apparently cannot take events offline or adjust them on its own, which sometimes results in over-redemption after an event has ended while you are contacting other departments.

3. The managers’ thinking is somewhat outdated. They say they do not encourage overtime, but they will keep sending messages after work and during holidays, or tag you in group chats and ask you to participate in discussions.

4. The managers engage in workplace bullying (?). If a manager dislikes someone, you can feel it very clearly. They may not actually curse at you, but they will humiliate your abilities with sarcastic, two-faced remarks, and make comments when you go to the restroom, take leave, or leave work on time, asking how you can have the nerve to do so.

5. The relationships between departments are quite poor, with no sense of unity or shared purpose. Each side feels that the other is creating extra trouble for them, and no one seems to think about increasing sales for the company or brand. Departments frequently argue. Building management staff will rely on their seniority to scold marketing, while marketing often makes last-minute changes to activities. The design team will also show displeasure when asked to revise designs or lecture the planners.

6. You may need to work rotating evening or weekend shifts to handle gift redemptions, but the system company will not train you. Much of the time, you have to figure things out yourself and ask around. (At most, they will give you a manual for Mother’s Day or the anniversary sale, but if you did not join during a major promotional period, nobody cares whether you know how to do it.) Customer service’s attitude is also quite poor. They treat customers and employees very differently, and sometimes even show a bad attitude in front of customers. (The expression is basically, “Are you stupid? What kind of idiotic question is that?”) Sometimes customers may not understand, and they will simply say, “Didn’t I just explain that?” They are also quite often on their phones.

7. The company cannot retain people, and turnover is extremely high. However, if you stay for a long time, it may be fairly suitable for taking it easy until retirement.
