The work atmosphere is quite good
1. The boss is highly suspicious and does not trust others, so they refuse to delegate authority. As a result, people below them often have to wait for the boss to make decisions. The boss also refuses to provide requested information, and is unwilling to share past proposals for later employees to use as references.
2. The boss is often nowhere to be found, with no one knowing where they are. They do not answer calls or read messages, so every matter has to wait until the boss appears before it can be decided. This leads to tight deadlines, leaving overtime as the only option.
3. The boss never explains tasks clearly. They may ask you to cooperate on writing a proposal, but you do not know what needs to be written or which part you are responsible for. You have to wait for the boss's instructions at all times, but the boss usually does not appear during normal working hours. Therefore, even on holidays, you have to wait until the evening or middle of the night before you can start working, which naturally means staying up late.
4. All the company's colleagues are able to accommodate the boss's strange schedule and habits, so anyone who cannot do so appears out of place.
5. The company has no systems whatsoever. There is no predictable pattern for salary payment dates, reimbursement of advances, vendor payments, and so on. Every month, the internet and telephone services are disconnected because the bills are not paid, forcing you to use your own phone for internet access until service is restored. The water and electricity have also been disconnected due to unpaid bills. Even after disconnection, no one pays the bills, and they remain unpaid until the services are disconnected again.
6. The company also has a shareholder who speaks harshly and cannot communicate effectively. They want to control everything, but whenever you ask them about something, they tell you to ask the boss. If you follow the boss's instructions directly, they then blame you for not telling them first.
7. Do not expect to learn anything related to event management here; you will only learn how chaotic things can be.
