At the beginning of the year, I scheduled an interview. The company is very close to the MRT station, and the overall environment is OK. The interview process was neither too vague nor too long. They also welcomed me to join despite my lack of sales-related experience. There were two days of training after joining, which was fairly comprehensive and gave me an understanding of the overall structure. The working hours are very fixed and are quite different from what was shared a long time ago, and there is rarely any overtime. I worked there for half a year and only stayed late once because I had scheduled an appointment with my own client relatively late. Most days, I left between 6:05 and 6:10 p.m. Since employees are divided into groups, everyone has opportunities to interact with each colleague, so the overall relationships are very good. The boss also hopes everyone gets along well, so there are often after-work gatherings that employees can choose to attend.
The salary is also fairly good. After joining, including during training, there is a base salary plus bonuses. The bonuses are not difficult to earn: as long as you have cases, they are paid proportionally, and the rate is even higher when you have four or more cases.
There is no year-end bonus, but since the monthly bonuses are still fairly high, it is acceptable.
