Manager Chen is truly outstanding—so outstanding that I had to come to this platform to praise him. I’ve never seen a supervisor go so far as to pin a fabricated accusation on a young woman and verbally abuse her so loudly that people outside could hear. Is it really acceptable for an older person to bully a young woman like this? Once might be forgivable, but I’ve heard it happen more than once. What kind of deep hatred would make someone need to yell at another person so loudly? This has reached the level of serious workplace bullying. Why can’t the company’s senior management simply stand by and do nothing, allowing a supervisor like this to bully others? Could it be that this manager has some undisclosed connection that allows him to remain comfortably at the company without being fired? Or is this simply the company’s internal policy—that everyone who joins the company must be humiliated once before they can stay here for more than a decade?
